Sometimes life is unfair and harsh. The trauma we endure in our past keeps haunting us in our present and causes suffering in the here and now. Most clients come to me with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, loneliness: A true inability to cope. My approach utilizes a variety of techniques (EMDR, Alpha Stim, Hypnosis) to help calm your nervous system and experience a release from the cycle of suffering that creates pain, addiction, and abuse. I work hard to establish a solid connection with you that will allow you to have faith and begin the healing process. With your permission, I will accept, nudge, challenge, and nurture the parts of you that seek out my help. My goal is to hold the hope until you can reclaim it for yourself.
